PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent breakage of a check valve at the time of attachment to a cap.SOLUTION: An elastic claw part 56 of a check valve 18 has a base part 68 connected to a stem part 48. The base part 68 is formed so as to be the thinnest part of the elastic claw part 56. Consequently, with the base part 68 as a center, the elastic claw part 56 can be rotated with respect to the stem part 48.
