To provide a check valve capable of maintaining stable sealing performance when the valve is closed even if high back pressure is applied to a valve body composed of a flexible member.
In the check valve, a main valve body 72 includes: a body 86 slidably supported by a body 70; a disk-shaped valve member 92 supported by the body 86 and having flexibility to be attached/detached to/from a main valve seat 80; and a support part 88 which extends radially outward from the body 86 to support the valve member 92 on the side opposite to the main valve seat 80 and which is formed with a cutout face separated from the valve member 92 more toward the radial outside, at a radial predetermined position in a face opposite to the main valve seat 80. Then, the relationship of D1<D2<D3 is established when the diameter of the part contacting with the valve member 92 and the main valve seat 80 is defined as D1, the diameter of the base end part of the cutout face is defined as D2, and the outside diameter of the valve member 92 is defined as D3.
