Abstract:

To provide a check valve of small type including a pressure relieving function, easily manufacturable at a low cost.

The check valve 100 having a pressure relieving function includes a valve element 30, which is installed slidably on a valve shell 1 furnished with a main passage 25 in communication with the primary side and secondary side and a valve seat 13, and a relief passage 35 from the secondary to the primary side and a relief valve element 50 which are provided in the check valve element, wherein the check valve element is energized from the secondary to the primary side by a first elastic member 40 to make valve closing, while the relief valve element is energized from the primary to the secondary side by a second elastic member 60 to make valve closing.
