Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm pump capable of obtaining a stable flow characteristic, and a check valve structure suitably used in the diaphragm pump.SOLUTION: A check valve structure suitably used in a diaphragm pump uses a thin film-like check valve 20a at a tip part of which a flake-like projection part 28 is formed, wherein the tip part is a free end of a suction side valve body 25a of a cantilever support structure. The check valve structure is configured such that at a pump chamber definition member 40 and a pump head 50 holding the check valve 20a, a support part is formed so as to contact with at least a valve chamber side surface of the flake-like projection part 28, so that the tip part of the suction side valve body 25a slides with elastic deformation of the suction side valve body 25a, and thereby a suction flow passage 53 to a pump chamber Pr is opened/closed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
