Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change resistance to a working fluid by a check valve with a bypass passage.SOLUTION: A check valve 100 with a bypass passage includes: a first valve body housing hole 106 having a first port 103 and a second port 104; a first valve body 110 provided in the first valve body housing hole 106; a second valve body 120 which is provided in the first valve body 110 and allows only flow of a working fluid from the first port 103 to the second port 104; a bypass passage 108 which detours the second valve body 120 and allows the first port 103 and the second port 104 to communicate with each other; and screw portions 106b, 110d which move the first valve body 110 forward into and rearward from the first valve body housing hole 106 to adjust a passage area of the bypass passage 108.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
