Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve capable of suppressing a chattering phenomenon in low flow rate.SOLUTION: A check valve 1 includes a casing 10, a valve part 21, a covering member 30 and a coil spring 40. The casing 10 has an inflow port 13, an outflow port 14 and a valve chamber 15. The valve part 21 opens/closes the inflow port 13 with displacement in upstream and downstream directions. The covering member 30 can be displaced in the upstream and downstream directions, and covers the inflow port 13 and the valve part 21 from the downstream side to section and form a displacement space 36 of the valve part 21, and a communication hole 35 communicating the displacement space 36 with the outside is formed. The coil spring 40 energizes the covering member 30 to the upstream side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
