Abstract:
To provide a check valve configured to always close a flow path, which is easy to open even with a small amount of fluid from the upstream, and even when a large amount of fluid occurs, can cope with it quickly.SOLUTION: A check valve is composed of a flow path for fluid, a valve seat part provided around the flow path for fluid, and a valve body that prevents fluid from passing from the downstream side by contacting the valve seat part, and comprises an opening/closing mechanism that allows fluid from the upstream side to pass through and makes a first opening state by separating the valve body from the valve seat part, and an expansion mechanism that makes a second opening state of making the flow path for fluid wider than the first opening state when the opening/closing mechanism is opened.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
