Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify checking and adjusting processings, by setting division numbers to plural totalizers where the amount of money of goods registered in every department or every single article is totalized and designating a division number at a checking and adjusting time to read out contents of the totalizer having the designated number. CONSTITUTION:An electronic cash register ECR is provided with a control switch 1, a mode signal generator 2, entry keys 3, an entry register 4, a cash key 5, an address controlling circuit 6, etc., and the amount of money of goods in every department of every single article is inputted. This inputted amount of money in every department or every single article is processed in a data comparator 11, counters 12 and 13, and upper and lower address designation generators 14 and 15 and is added to plural item totalizers 171-17n and is accumulated. Division numbers are set to these totalizers 171-17n, and these numbers are designated by generators 14 and 15 to read cumulative values of divided totalizers 171-17n at a checking and adjusting time, thus facilitating checking and adjusting processings.
