Abstract:
To automatically and precisely check up a sticking position of a tape without relying on an operator.
Two unitary CCD cameras 6 scanning the whole width of a corrugated cardboard sheet A in the width direction are installed above a line whereon the sheet A runs. Distances D between the width end positions of the sheet A and the sticking position of each tape B stuck on the top of the sheet are calculated from an image picked up by each CCD camera 6 by a controller 8 and whether or not each calculated distance D is off the prescribed set limits. When it is off the limits, an alarm lamp 10 is lighted. Thereby the sticking position of the tape B can be checked up precisely without relying on the operator.
