Abstract:

To provide cheese in which a taste substance adheres to the surface by a pasty substance, and to provide a method for producing the cheese.

The cheese is obtained by sticking a taste substance to a cheese surface by a pasty substance. The method for producing the cheese includes the step of mixing a taste substance with a pasty substance, and the step of adding the taste substance mixed with the pasty substance to cheese curd or cheese. The taste substance stuck to the cheese surface by sticking the taste substance to the cheese surface by the pasty substance hardly comes off.
