Abstract:
To provide a chemical agent which inhibits subsidence or crack of foundation and is for carrying out stabilization treatment of the soil of a zone which supports a construction object, and to provide a building component for a low cost housing construction which is manufactured by mixing the agent with soil.
The chemical agent for improving the engineering properties of soil comprises a mixture of cementitious pozzalans (5 to 60 wt.%), calcium sulphate (20 to 80 wt.%), an oxide of calcium (15 to 50 wt.%) and silicon oxide (1 to 30 wt.%). Monofilament fibers may also be included in the mix.
