PURPOSE: To achieve the reduction in memory capacity and the increase in a data processing speed, by inputting measured data to compare the same with a preset judge standard.

CONSTITUTION: In a measuring part 1, various measured data corresponding to an examination request item are obtained and a judge part 2 inputs the measured data from the measuring part 1 to check the same in the relation to a preset judge standard and outputs a signal showing whether said data satisfy the judge standard. A memory means 3 stores the data outputted from the measuring part 1 or performs the reading of the stored data. A control means 4 controls the measuring part 1 on the basis of the examination request item data designated by an input means 5 not only to perform the measurement of an objective item but also to control the memory operation of the means 3 on the basis of the judge result output from the judge part 2. That is, the measured data are compared with the judge standard and, when the judge standard is satisfied, said measured data are stored in a memory area and, when the judge standard is not satisfied, the control means 4 performs control so as to store data to be judged and all of other data in the memory area.
