PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform quantitative analysis of components rapidly and accurately with a high precision, by performing quantitative chemical analysis of object components for every separated liquid individually after the fused product of a powder material sample, which used for fluorescent X-ray spectrographic analysis, and a flux is dissolved.
CONSTITUTION: In case that components for which it is confirmed that the analysis value can be obtained with a sufficient precision by the fluorescent X-ray spectrographic analysis method and other components for which the analysis value is obtained by the chemical analysis method are included, a prescribed quantity of a powder material sample is weighed and a prescribed quantity of a flux is added to this sample, and they are fused by heating to obtain a fused product. Fluorescent X-ray spectrographic analysis with this fused product used as a sample is performed to obtain the analysis value, and after that, the fused product is supplied as a chemical analysis sample and is subjected to acid dissolution, boiling by heating, and cooling, and after that, the liquid quantity is adjusted and is separated according to object analysis components, and chemical analysis is performed for every separated liquid by the normal method, thus performing quantitative analysis of object components.
