Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemical cleaning method and a particle collection device capable of collecting fine particles of sludge represented by powder scale which gets to an obstacle upon re-operation of a boiler by means of a method with a small load and less waste and capable of retaining the boiler after washing clean.SOLUTION: A cleaning chemical is poured into a cleaning object 1, metal oxides adhered to the cleaning object are dissolved or released, the whole amount of cleaning circulation liquid which contains particles of the released metal oxides, dissolved metal ions and the cleaning chemical is caused to pass through a cleaning circulation liquid channel on which a single metal filament or an assembly of a plurality of metal filaments is provided and a particle collection device 3 which contains a super conductive magnet for magnetizing the metal filaments and the particles are magnetically adsorbed by the magnetized metal filaments and are removed and, thereafter, are re-circulated to the cleaning object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
