To provide a chemical-containing tissue paper obtained by coating chemical-containing microcapsules, preventing the microcapsules from being broken, and exhibiting stable aromatic effects before the break of the microcapsules.

The chemical-containing tissue paper contains the chemicals in a base paper, and the chemicals contain a powder having an average particle diameter larger than that of the microcapsule in combination with the microcapsules obtained by encapsulating a perfume component, an antiviral agent, an emollient component, a humectant and the like, and having 8-100 μm average particle diameter. The content of the microcapsules is 0.001-5 wt.%, and the ratio of the formulated microcapsules to the powder is (0.01/1.99)-(1.2/0.8). The perfume component can be impregnated into the powder.
