PURPOSE: To prevent the leak of chemical liquid, soil and sand into a pouring hole by drilling a pouring hole on a bank, pouring the chemical liquid under high pressure from a side nozzle and retreating a rod, supplying the medical liquid under low pressure from a front nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: A boom 1 is driven and a guide shell 2 is set at the prescribed position and direction, and a drilling machine 3 is driven, and a pouring hole 6 is drilled on a bank 5. Then, a high pressure pump 13 is driven, and the high pressure chemical liquid is sent into a side nozzle 7 through a high pressure liquid passage 9 from a high pressure swivel 11, and the medical liquid is poured under high pressure into the bank 5 from a rod 4 by the drilling machine 3. Accompanied with the proceed of pouring, the low pressure chemical liquid is supplied into a front nozzle 8 through a low pressure swivel 12 and a low pressure liquid passage 10 from a low pressure pump 15, allowing the rod 4 to retreat from the tail of the hole by the drilling machine 3. Accordingly, the leak of the chemical liquid, soil and sand into the pouring hole 6 from the bank 5 in the part where pouring is completed can be prevented.
