The chemical heat pump includes a reaction container 11 in which lithium hydroxide monohydrate is charged to execute a dehydration heat absorbing reaction for decomposing lithium hydroxide monohydrate into lithium hydroxide and water vapor, and a hydration heat generating reaction of lithium hydroxide generated by the dehydration heat absorbing reaction, and a storage tank 13 for storing the water of water vapor and liquid generated by the dehydration heat absorbing reaction in the reaction container 11.
