Title:
CHEMICAL INJECTION METHOD TO PRESS-IN SHAFT AND ITS EXCAVATING GROUND
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3944005
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent increase in press-in resistance to a shaft block by nipping of gravel by easily preventing the occurrence of collapse of an excavating ground surface at press-in time of the shaft block.
SOLUTION: A jacking shaft is formed by arranging a delivery port 15 of a chemical injection pipe 12 in a press-in blade 5 being the lower end of the shaft 1 when constructing the shaft 1 by removing inside sediment by pressing at least one cylindrical shaft blocks 2 and 3 in a ground surface. The ground is excavated by the press-in blade 5 while rotating the shaft blocks, and chemicals are injected into the surrounding ground from the inside of the shaft 1 so as to harden the ground by delivering the chemicals from the delivery port 15 via the chemical injection pipe 12 when digging down the shaft 1.
