CONSTITUTION: In a supporting material and the semipermeable membrane for microfiltration, nanofiltration and ultrafiltration containing a semipermeable layer stuck to the supporting material, the supporting material is a fabric or nonwoven fabric based on polyphenylensulfide. polyetherketone or polyaramid. In the production of the semipermeable membrane, at first, the polymer is dissolved in a solvent, and the soln. is filtered and deaerated. At next step, the membrane is produced by a reversed phase method, and H2SO4, CF3-SO3H, HF, Cl2HC-COOH or a mixture of Cl2HC-COOH and H2SO4 are used as the solvent of the polyetherketone, and N-methylpyrrolidone, dimethylacetamide or dimethylformamide are used as the solvent of the polyaramid.
