A chemical-resistant laminated film 10 is a multi-layer film composed by co-extruding a polymer group having complete compatibility composed of an HDPE layer 2 and an LDPE layer 3 to an HS layer 1, which is S-PE, composed of ethylene/α-olefin having 0.2-20 g/10 min melt index, and 0.890-0.925 g/cm3 density. The chemical-resistant laminated film 10 is composed of the HS layer 1 composed of a blend of 5-40 pts.wt. polyethylene having 0.926-0.965 g/cm3 density, and 0.2-20 g/10 min melt index with respect to 100 pts.wt. S-PE. And the chemical-resistant laminated film 10 is composed by blending an inorganic filler with the HS layer 1.
