Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a chemical-resistant thermoplastic resin composition excellent in mechanical characteristics, moldability and color stability when melted by blending a specified rubber-containing graft polymer, a vinyl cyanide base copolymer, and a (meth)acrylic acid polymer and/or an aromatic polyester polymer.
SOLUTION: This composition consists of 10-40 pts.wt. graft polymer (A) (having a graft ratio of at least 15%) obtained by the graft polymerization of 5-80 pts.wt. diene rubber having a weight-mean particle diameter of 0.1-2.0μm with 95-20 pts.wt. mixture of 45-85wt.% aromatic vinyl compound and/or α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester compound, 15-55wt.% vinyl cyanide compound and 0-40wt.% other copolymerizable vinyl monomer, 10-80 pts.wt. copolymer (B) of an aromatic vinyl compound, an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid ester compound, a vinyl cyanide compound, etc., and 10-50 pts.wt. (meth)acrylic acid polymer (C) and/or aromatic polyester polymer (D).
