Abstract:
To provide a chemical solution for wet wipers even when a fragrance having a masking effect and a modulating effect is added to an alcohol-free chemical solution for wet wipers, having good compatibility with the chemical solution, maintaining a deodorizing effect (the masking effect and modulating effect) of the fragrance when a wet wiper is used, and having low skin irritation and less stickiness, and wet wiper.SOLUTION: A chemical solution for wet wipers contains a fragrance having a masking effect and a modulating effect and contains no alcohol, where a pH of the chemical solution is 4.0 or more and 7.0 or less. The chemical solution contains a surfactant selected from at least one type of propylene glycol, butylene glycol and polyoxyethylene oleyl ether, in a total mixing amount of 0.1% or more and 10% or less, and a ratio of the total mixing amount of surfactant and the mixing amount of fragrance is 1:3 or more and 10:1 or less.
