To pump out chemical smoothly, and use a pump hose in low costs as a disposable goods by forming a part separated in an axial direction of a pump hose as an axial pump moved in an axial direction, and providing a bellows part and the pump hose having throttle parts on both sides of the bellows part.
A part of a transfer hose 10 is formed as a pump hose 16, and is inserted into a hose pump 17. In the pump hose 16, a large diameter and a small diameter are arranged, and a bellows part 18 is formed. Controlled close elements V1, V2 are arranged on both sides of the bellows part 18, and formed as a valve capable of shutting off the pump hose 16 by throttling the pump hose 16 or a throttle element. When a movable holder 20 is moved separating from a fixing holder 19, the close element V1 is closed, and the close element V2 is opened. Accordingly, liquid flows from an inlet part 10a of the transfer hose 10 into the pump hose 16. After that, the close element V2 is closed, and the close element V1 is opened.
