Abstract:
To provide a chemical treatment cartridge and a method of using the same capable of measuring without lowering signal intensity after hybridization.
This chemical treatment cartridge 1 for performing chemical treatment by sealing or moving a content by deformation caused by a force applied from the outside, includes a well 16 for storing a microarray; a well 14 connected to the well 16 through a channel, for storing a nucleic acid material; and wells 11-13 connected to the well 16 through a channel, for storing cleaning liquid for cleaning the nucleic acid material.
