Abstract:
To provide a ε-polylysine ultrafine fiber that has a high ε-polylysine content while having practical physical properties, and a fiber structure comprising the same.SOLUTION: An ultrafine fiber is composed of a polyamino acid containing ε-polylysine and has an average fiber diameter of 10 nm or more and 2000 nm or less. At least some of amino groups in the ε-polylysine are crosslinked with a crosslinker having two or more functional groups reactable with the amino groups. There is also provided a fiber structure comprising the ultrafine fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
