Abstract:
To industrially produce a chestnut cooked product having natural flavor of chestnut, storable at normal temperature for a long time.
The subject chestnut processed food storable at normal temperature for a long period of time is obtained by charging low-sugar sweet-boiled chestnuts in a container, and degassing oxygen followed by pressurizing/heating the container for sterilization.
