Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chicken droppings processing method capable of further effectively utilizing chicken droppings, by being converted into energy, without directly burning, by using the chicken droppings as an energy source.SOLUTION: A chicken droppings processing method comprises a drying process S1 of drying the chicken droppings by waste heat, a gasification-carbonization process S3 of providing pyrolysis gas and carbide by pyrolyzing the dried chicken droppings, a cooling process S4 of providing a vinegar liquid a heavy oil-like object by separating a flocculation component by cooling the pyrolysis gas via the gasification-carbonization process, a gas-liquid contact process S5 of collecting a light oil-like object by contacting the pyrolysis gas via the cooing process with liquid, a power generation process S6 of generating electric power by driving an electric generator 62 by a heat engine by supplying the pyrolysis gas via the gas-liquid contact process to the heat engine 61 and a heat recovery process S7 of recovering heat discharged by the power generation process.
