PURPOSE: To provide a chicken egg processing method enabling conducting works such as inoculation and hatching by disposing many eggs within a limited space while securing the inoculation area for virus, etc., as widely as possible.

CONSTITUTION: This chicken egg processing method is made up of the following processes: 1st process: a chicken egg 1 is disposed longitudinally with its air space on the upside and a 1st hole 5 is provided on the air space; 2nd process: a 2nd hole 6 is provided on the right lower part of the egg; 3rd process: albumen is sucked via the 2nd hole 6; 4th process: the air in the air space is sucked via the 1st hole 5; 5th process: the albumen 1 drooping from the 2nd hole 6 after finishing the 4th process is sealed; and 6th process: the upper part of the eggshell and the upper part of the shell membrane 8 are removed.
