Abstract:
PURPOSE: To realize the transmission reproducing a sound image by the transmission lines of the two systems of an acoustic signal and a control signal by transmitting the control signal in which the sound image is identified from the acoustic signal and is coded.
CONSTITUTION: The acoustic signals collected by microphones 1-1 to 1-n are distributed to a compression-encoder 21 and a sense of direction indentifying device 22 by a distributor 20. In the compression-encoder 21, the acoustic signal is compressed, and in the sense of direction identifying device 22, the signal is transmitted as the control signal in which the sense of direction of a sound image is identified and is coded. By the elongation decoder 31 on a reception side, the acoustic signal is elongated. By a filter coefficient calculator 30, the coefficient of a control filter 32 is determined. After the convolution integration of the acoustic signal and the coefficient is performed by the control filter 32 and the result is amplified by an amplifier 33, the result is reproduced in speakers 15-1 to 15-n. By the total 2 systems of the control signal and the acoustic signal, the transmission having the sense of direction of the sound image can be realized.
