To evaluate a conductor in spite of a ground state by providing a substrate constituted of at least one of dielectric materials, a conductor formed on at least one of the surface of the substrate or an inner part and a pair of terminals formed on the surface of the substrate and connected to both ends of the conductors.
A chip antenna 10 is provided with the conductor 12 which is spirally wound in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 11, in the substrate 11 of a rectangular parallelepiped form. The substrate 11 is formed by laminating rectangular sheet layers. The sheet layers are laminated and a conductor pattern is connected by via holes 15. Thus, a turn section forms a rectangular form in the substrate 11, and the conductor 12 which is spirally turned in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 11 is formed. At that time, one end 12a of the conductor 12 is pulled out on the surface of the substrate 11 and it is connected to a feeding terminal 16 formed on the surface of the substrate 11 for applying voltage to the conductor 12. The other end 12b of the conductor 12 is pulled out on the surface of the substrate 11 and is connected to a free terminal 17 formed on the surface of the substrate 11.
