Abstract:
To provide a chip for biological molecule extraction in which a nano wire in a micro channel is hardly peeled even when inflow speed of a sample is increased, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A chip for biological molecule extraction comprises: a substrate 2; a micro channel 3 formed on the substrate 2; and a nano wire 17 being formed on the micro channel 3, the nano wire 17 being partially embedded in the micro channel 3. There is also provided a production method of a chip for biological molecule extraction comprising: a step for forming on the substrate 11, a step 14 for forming the micro channel by transferring; a step for growing the nano wire 17 on the step 14, for producing a mold; a step for transferring the mold to the substrate 2 of the chip for biological molecule extraction; and a step for growing the nano wire 17 being embedded in the micro channel 3 of the chip for biological molecule extraction, in which a part of the nano wire 17 is embedded in the micro channel 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
