PURPOSE: To efficiently discharge chips in various shapes, by providing a chip guide plate which pastitions the internal space of an endless chain into two upper and lower rooms, and discharging the chip placed on the chip guide plate from a discharging port with its transfer by the upper side scraper.

CONSTITUTION: A chip C is scraped along a chip guide plate 18 by each scraper 15 when the upper side scraper 15 is ascended according to the driving of an endless chain by a motor 14, and is discharged to a chip bucket 5 from a discharging port 6 with its fall at the time when the scraper 15 passed through a chip guide plate 18. In the course of the upper side scraper 15 being ascended a cutting liquid W is flowed down with its tare, so the powder like chip C is surely dropped from the upper end of the chip guide plate 18 without sticking to the scraper 15. Also, even in case of the chip C in a curled shape being hung on the upper side scraper 15 at the input time of the chip C, the chip C is spilt in the case of the scraper 15 being reversed at the discharging port 6.
