To provide a chip crushing belt capable of lessening the deformation of a muslin upon crushing by hardening a crushing surface thereof sufficiently, sufficiently crushing chips, and prolonging the service life of one belt.

The belt 1 includes a core wire 4, and a first side 5 and a second side 6 sandwiching the wire 4 and uses any one of surfaces as the crushing surface and the other as a driving surface in the chip crushing belt used to crush the chips by allowing the chips to flow between belts, wherein both the side 5 and the side 6 are overlaid with the muslin 8 impregnated and stuck with a rubber 7 to dispose it, and both surfaces are thus designed to be used as the crushing surface.
