Abstract:
To provide a chip recovery device that is capable of easily recovering chips scattered by blowing air against a work, is structurally simple and can be inexpensively manufactured.SOLUTION: A side surface is provided with a box-shaped casing 12 with an opening 12a formed therein for air E blown against a work W and chips K scattered by the air E to flow into. The inside of the casing 12 is provided with a plurality of vanes 14a arranged on top of each other in the vertical direction, and is provided with a louver 14 for guiding the air E and the chips K flowing in from the opening 12a in an oblique downward direction. A filter 16 is provided on a side surface of the casing 12 on the opposite side of the opening 12a and passes only the air E and discharges it to the outside of the casing 12 out of the air E and the chips K that have passed through a louver 14a. A chip recovery unit 18 is provided in a bottom of the casing 12 and recovers the chips K that have dropped by passing through the louver 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
