Abstract:

PURPOSE: To absorb the looseness due to vibration, to prevent noise and to improve the mechanical strength of a seat plate by burying a thin plate of phenol resin or glass epoxy resin at a center by using ethylene-propylene terpolymer or isoprene-isobutylene rubber as the material of the plate.

CONSTITUTION: A seat plate 5 is sandwiched by the springiness of a lead terminal 2 between the flatly collapsed lead terminal 2 and a capacitor body, an aluminum case 4. The plate 5 is made of hard rubber such as ethylene-propylene terpolymer or isoprene-isobutylene rubber, etc., a disclike phenol resin or glass epoxy resin thin plate 6 is buried at the center to absorb looseness due to vibration by the elasticity of the rubber to prevent noise and to improve the mechanical strength of the plate.
