Abstract:
To provide a chip-type thermistor, in which irregularity of the resistance is restrained, even if facing inner electrodes or floating electrodes are displaced from each other.
In a chip-type thermistor 11, inner electrodes 13, 14 which are electrically connected with outer electrodes 16, 17 are formed in a laminate of a plurality of thermistor ceramic layers 12a. An insulating layer 15 having a hole 15a is interposed between the inner electrodes 13, 14.
