To provide a chipper which processes an article into chips easily decomposable in a soil when the chips are made, and an apparatus for manufacturing the chips.
The chipper 1a is equipped with a chipper main body 100 and a spreading device 2. The chipper main body 100 is equipped with a crushing part 101, a chip discharging cylinder 102, a feeding device 103 and a chipper controlling part 104. The spreading device 2 is equipped with a discharging cylinder 210 for soil microorganisms or the like, a discharging opening 211 for the soil microorganisms or the like and a control wiring 212. The discharging cylinder 210 for the soil microorganisms or the like is guided into the chipper main body 100, and the discharging opening 211 for the soil microorganisms or the like provided on the discharging cylinder 210 for the soil microorganisms or the like is provided in the crushing part 101. The control wiring 212 connects the chipper controlling part 104 with the spreading device 2.
