Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the chipping work of a narrow part by providing a nozzle head on the top end of a shaft part, and providing a moving means for moving the position of the nozzle head in the axial direction of the shaft part.
SOLUTION: High pressure water supplied from a high pressure water generator 10 is guided from a superhigh pressure hose H to a nozzle head 1 through a high pressure nozzle unit 4 and a shaft 3, and injected toward a surface to be processed X through an injection nozzle 2. When a slide device 5 is then operated, the unit 4 is moved along a guide shaft 4a, and the shaft 3 and the head 1 are moved in the shaft axial direction. When the dogs D1, D2 of the unit 4 make contact with the limit switches S1, S2 of a slide shaft 5a, drive of an electric motor is switched to reverse the moving direction. When a raising and lowering lifter 6 is operated, it is raised or lowered together with the slide device 5, and the head 1 is vertically moved. Thus, a narrow part can be easily chipped.
