Title:
CHISEL BLADE FOR ELECTRODEPOSITED METAL PEELING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2013144826
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a chisel blade for an electrodeposited metal peeling device, which reduces the occurrence of failure in insertion between an electrodeposited metal and a motherboard.

A chisel blade 30 is provided in an electrodeposited metal peeling device for peeling an electrodeposited metal 20 from a motherboard 10 in which a movable protector 12 with a wedge shape in cross-sectional view is removably attached to the edge, and inserted between the electrodeposited metal 20 and the motherboard 10 to bring an edge part of the electrodeposited metal 20 into an opened state. The chisel blade has a wide flat blade and an edge angle larger than an inclination angle of the wedge of the movable protector 12. Thus, the chisel blade 20 is readily inserted between the electrodeposited metal 20 and the motherboard 10, thereby reducing the occurrence of insertion failure.
