PURPOSE: To obtain the subject oil and fat food capable of stably retaining active components, having excellent retainability of each active component and utilizable as a cooking raw material in addition to a raw material for health foods by sealing dried powder of a clathrated kneaded material, an extract of tonic herb and an oily suspension in a soft capsule.
CONSTITUTION: The objective oil and fat food can be prepared by homogeneously mixing (A) dried powder of a clathrated kneaded material produced by adding a clathrating material to a concentrated hot-water extract of Chlorella cells and a concentrated hot-water extract of fungi (e.g. Coriolus versicolor), kneading the mixture and drying the product, (B) an extract or dried powder of tonic herb (e.g. garlic) and (C) an edible oil or fat optionally incorporated with lecithin, vitamin E, etc., and sealing the obtained oil and fat suspension in (D) a soft capsule.
