Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a novel chloride-free catalyst not causing odor pollution for wash-and-wear finishing of textile with formaldehyde-free crosslinking agent.
CONSTITUTION: A chloride-free catalyst contains magnesium and fluoroborate ions with a ratio of Mg2+:BF4-=1:0.1-4, preferably 1:0.2-2 mol weight ratio.
