Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chlorine dioxide gas generator, a container and a utilization method of chlorine dioxide gas, allowing for avoidance of contamination due to mist or solid particles generated accompanying creation of chlorine dioxide gas.SOLUTION: A chlorine dioxide gas generator 1 is provided that supplies pellet-like sodium chlorite a and acid liquid b to a container 13, and generates chlorine dioxide gas c by chemical reaction between the sodium chlorite a and the acid liquid b. The chlorine dioxide gas generator 1 comprises a container 13 in a space 11 surrounded by a shielding body 10, the container 13 is partitioned into a plurality of container portions 20, and each container portion 20 communicates with each other with openings 22 having size at which pellet-like sodium chlorite a cannot pass through the opening. Any one of deodorization in a room, disinfection, and sterilization of microorganism is performed by utilizing chlorine dioxide gas c generated by the chlorine dioxide gas generator 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
