NEW MATERIAL: A compd. of formula I [Q is Cl, CF3, X, Y are each a bond, a 1-6C alkylene chain, a 2-6C alkenylene chain, etc.; R, R1, R2 are each H, a 1-3C alkyl; Het is a benzo- or monocyclic-heteroaryl having a heteroaryl a of 5- to 6-membered ring including 1 to 3 heteroatoms (one piece is N and the others are N, O, S), these can have a substituent, such as a 1-10C alkyl; provided that X+Y is ≤10C, R1+R2 is ≤4C], its physiologically acceptable salt and solvate.
EXAMPLE: 4-Amino-3,5-dichloro-α-[[[6-[4-(2-pyrimidinyl) butoxy]hexyl]amino]methyl]benzene methanol.
USE: A medicine having stimulative activity against a β2-adrenoreceptor.
PROCESS: The compd. of formula I is obtd. by alkylting a compd. of formula II (R5 is H, a protecting group; R6 is H) with an alkylating agent of formula III (L is an eliminable group), then removing the protecting group at need.
