Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a choke coil which enhances the sensitivity of a radio set carried on a vehicle and which can be assembled and housed easily by a method wherein magnetic fluxes generated by a current flowing to coils are offset, split closed-magnetic-circuit magnetic cores are inserted into, and passed through, first winding parts and second winding parts and a rod-shaped magnetic core is inserted into, and passed through, third winding parts.
SOLUTION: A copper wire is wound cylindrically so as to form first winding parts 1, end parts of the first winding parts 1 are formed to be glassed-shaped, a copper wire which is identical to that of the first winding parts 1 is wound cylindrically, and second winding parts 2 are formed. In addition, end parts of the second winding parts 2 are wound cylindrically in parts close to the second winding parts 2, and third winding parts 3 are formed integrally so as to be adjacent to the second winding parts 2. Two of the coils are used, magnetic fluxes generated by a current flowing to the coils are offset, split closed-magnetic-circuit magnetic cores 4 are inserted into, and passed through, the first winding parts 1 and the second winding parts 2, and a rod-shaped magnetic core 5 is inserted into, and passed through, the third winding parts 3.
