Abstract:
To provide a choke coil device comprising a protection element that is hardly influenced by contamination and deterioration and is capable of easily optimized for discharging.SOLUTION: A choke coil 10 is fixed to a first surface of a dielectric substrate 20. Lead wires 13a, 13b are connected to both ends of a winding 12, respectively, and pass through the dielectric substrate 20 from its first surface to its second surface. Conductor patterns 21a, 21b are formed on the second surface of the dielectric substrate 20, are connected to the lead wires 13a, 13b, respectively, and form a discharge gap G for discharging voltage across both ends of the winding 12. When viewed from a direction perpendicular to the dielectric substrate 20, area of the dielectric substrate 20 is 1 to 2 times of area of the choke coil 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
