Windings 5, 6 are wound around the outside of a tube 21. The winding 5 takes a right-half region (between flanges 22, 26) of the tube 21 as a winding region and a flange 24 sections it into a first single-layer winding part 5a and a second multilayer winding part 5b. The winding 6 takes a left-half region (between flanges 23, 26) of the tube 21 as a winding region and a flange 25 sections it into a first single layer winding part 6a and a second multilayer winding part 6b. Thus the single-layer winding parts 5a, 6a of the windings 5, 6 are wound around first sides of magnetic cores 3, 4 and the multilayer winding parts 5b, 6b are wound around one side of the core 3.
