PURPOSE: To contrive accomplishment of low cost and miniatirization of the titled choke coil by a method wherein an insulating plate having the metal printed wiring on which a part of winding and a circuit are formed, an insulating material with a through hole, and a gapped toroidal core are constructed in one body.
CONSTITUTION: A gapped toroidal core 11 and an insulating material 6 are pinched between insulating plates 4 and 5, a metal wiring 7a is connected to a metal printed wiring 8a, and the wiring 8a is connected to a metal printed wiring 7b through the intermediary of a through hole 9b. Therefore, a single winding is formed around the core 11 by the line constituted by wirings 7a, 8a and 9a. A multiple-wound winding can be formed by repeating the connection same as above. Through these procedures, inductance can be obtained. Also, wiring works are unnecessitated, if a circuit having a metal printed wiring is provided on the insulating plates 4 and 5 and the connection of a choke coil and said circuit is completed by the metal printed wiring in advance. At the same time, as the mounting of materials are performed on a level, the reduction of cost and miniaturization of the titled choke coil can be accomplished.
