Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent forgetting to open a choke valve by automatically putting the valve on full throttle by interlocking with actuation releasing of a brake mechanism after the choke valve is fully closed, in a choke valve control device for a carburetor in a power working machine.
SOLUTION: In the power working machine comprising the brake mechanism 15 controlling rotations of an output shaft 5 of an engine 4, a choke operating lever 32 opening/closing the choke valve 25, a choke spring 30 energizing the choke valve 25 in an opening valve direction, and a damper 38 gently controlling valve opening action when the choke valve 25 is opened from a fully closed position are connected to the choke valve 25 of the carburetor 23. A lock mechanism 49 locking the choke operating lever 32 at a closing position when the brake mechanism 15 is actuated, and releasing a lock state to the choke operating lever 32 when the actuation of the brake mechanism 15 is released is interposed between the choke operating lever 32 and the brake mechanism 15.
