To provide a chop board cleaning tool which has a ridge for removing residue of food material left on a chop board, whereby it is practicable for even an unskilled person to process the ridge into angular shape easily and it is possible to prolong the time when the bottom surface must be polished.
A chop board cleaning tool consists of a scrubbing plate 10 made from a thicker material of hard nature in such a way that the upper part 11 and lower part 12 are in linear symmetry and a grip 20 to be fastened by a fastening means 21 to the center in longitudinal direction of either the upper 11 and lower part 12 of the scrubbing plate 10. The scrubbing plate 10 is furnished with a hole 18 for mounting of the grip 20 by the means 21 both in the upper 11 and lower parts 12.
