Abstract:
To provide a chromate free precoated steel sheet capable of achieving both of end surface rust corrosion resistance and front surface corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: The chromate free precoated steel sheet sequentially includes a chromate free chemical conversion treatment layer and a coating film layer having one or more layers on both surfaces of a galvanized steel sheet. The coating film layer having the one or more layers on at least the rear surface of the precoated steel sheet includes at least a non-conductive barrier layer and a deliquescent rust preventive pigment containing layer; and the non-conductive barrier layer having a thickness of 0.5-2.0 μm contacts each of the chromate free chemical conversion treatment layer and the deliquescent rust preventive pigment containing layer.SELECTED DRAWING: None
